The Orangeburg Fire District dedicated their new fire house on Saturday, October 11, 2008.

The new energy efficient state of the art firehouse is centrally located on the corner of Dutch Hill and Orangeburg Roads. The new building is approximately 15,400 sq/ft in size and consists of four drive through bays. There is plenty of support and storage space.

The building is constructed to the new building standards to ensure it will operate properly in the event of a major emergency. The building also houses a fully equipped classroom for training as well as a physical fitness facility.
